It is illegal to not carry motorcycle insurance. There is a minimum compulsory liability of:

  • Bodily Injury Liability Limit for Individual: $10,000
  • Bodily Injury Liability Limit for Every Person in Accident: $20,000
  • Property Damage Liability Limit: $10,000
Insurance discount available for 3 years following completion of motorcycle accident prevention course. Excludes graduates attending pursuant to court order.
