There is a requirement of motorcycle insurance with a compulsory liability in Wyoming. There is a minimum compulsory liability of:

- Bodily Injury Liability Limit for Every Person in Accident: $50,000
- Property Damage Liability Limit: $20,000

Helmet Laws
Helmet law covers riders 17 years and younger. Those riders under this age in Wyoming must wear protective head gear while operating a bike in Wyoming. We strongly advocate the use of helmets at all times for all riders and passengers to protect from injuries.
